Are You Still Owed Thousands?

After an accident, vehicles are then worth less than one the has a clean history. If you own a newer vehicle that was hit by someone and their insurance company paid for the repair, that insurance company would also owe you for any loss in value due to the accident.

THREE TYPES OF DIMINISHED VALUE

Inherent Diminished Value

This is a loss in value or worth to a vehicle after an accident. Car history reports are used by consumers to find out the history of vehicles. If your vehicle has an "accident history" a dealer or future buyer will now want to pay less for your vehicle.

Instantaneous Diminished Value

This loss in value occurs the minute the vehicle was involved in an accident.

Repair Related Diminished Value

This is the loss in value caused by the Body Shop due to a poor repair. We can also help with a POST REPAIR INSPECTION.
